REGTCOM is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong Electrical Engineering background to drive business growth across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between complex industrial automation solutions and commercial success by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities across Utilities, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, and Industrial sectors.

Identify and penetrate new market segments including Power, Water, Manufacturing, Chemicals, Utilities, and Oil & Gas.
Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales growth and market expansion.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable automation solutions.
Provide technical consultation involving:
PLC Systems
SCADA Systems
HMI Solutions
Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
Industrial IoT Platforms
Build and maintain strong relationships with:
EPC Contractors
End Users
Consultants
System Integrators
Government Organizations
Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
Review RFQs and ensure competitive, accurate, and timely submissions.
Coordinate with engineering and project teams to develop winning solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
Achieve annual sales and revenue targets.
Conduct technical presentations, solution workshops, and product demonstrations.
Engage with engineering teams, project managers, and executive-level stakeholders.
Bachelor’s Degree in:
Electrical Engineering
Electronics Engineering
Instrumentation & Control Engineering
2–5 years of proven experience in Industrial Automation Sales or Business Development.
Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC markets is preferred.

Fluent English (Mandatory)
